Payment Policy:
1. Your child’s attendance will be automatically put into the Lillio platform from the Supervisor/Designate on a full-time basis (Monday-Friday).
2. Payment for fees will be automatically withdrawn from your provided debit account on the Lillio platform after the 20th of each month. Top of the Ridge Day Care has enforced auto-pay enabled.
3. Payments can take up to 3-5 business days to process.
Payments are completed on our Lillio billing app. Attendance is generated into monthly invoices and amounts are automatically debited from the accounts that are provided when setting up your Lillio account.
Any credits/refunds will be reflected in the notes section of the invoice and will be applied at the discretion of the Supervisor/Designate.
If fees are not paid or cancelled, care will be suspended until the account is paid. Families are still responsible for any incurred charges.
