Staff Qualifications

Supervisor holds a diploma in Early Childhood Education for at least 2 years.
Supervisor is Registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators.
Supervisor must maintain good standing with the College.
Supervisor completes yearly Continuous Professional Learning requirements.
Supervisor reads, understands, and signs our confidentiality policy yearly.
Duty to report.
Observed and monitored by the Assistant Supervisor on all policies applicable (at least once per month).
Observed and monitored for following the program statement (at least twice a year).
Attend at least 4 child-related workshops or trainings a year.
Hold and maintain current First aid & CPR Certificates.
Hold and maintain current Food Handler Certificate.

All of our ECE staff are Registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators.
ECE staff must maintain good standing with the College.
ECE staff complete yearly Continuous Professional Learning requirements.
ECE staff read, understand, and sign our confidentiality policy yearly.
